Thanks to @2hills and @lizhaywood for another early AM start.

Come behind the scenes at another tasting! Our team had a few goals here:

🥪 Nail down our Mortadella sandwich - we’re figuring out if we like it best “plain” or with chili crisp or with pesto. The vote is out!

🍞 Figure out the weight of the rolls… 125g or 135g for the perfect bread ratio.

🌱 Walk through deli paper wrapping steps so we can properly train our team.
